The mission of Tobi's Fund is to provide annual grants to help children and young adults with special needs access and partake in creative, educational, and enjoyable activities or programs, including anything from Jewish summer camp, educational trips, learning events and classes, or attendance at social gatherings that optimize healthy interpersonal connections.
